THIS IS NOT SAYU YAGAMI, SISTER OF LIGHT YAGAMI.
This is just what I thought Light and Misa's daughter would look like. And they called her Sayu because.......Light really loves his sister? I dunno.
I always imagined that Sayu would have Light totally twisted round her little finger, and he would completely dote on her because she is smart and manipulative like him but cute :3
